2025 AWP Bookfair Stage Events

Host an event at the AWP Bookfair! AWP offers stages within the bookfair for those who would like to host a unique reading, panel, or other literary performance event. The stages are set amid the exhibit hall bustle, providing your organization with great visibility and foot traffic. This dynamic setting is perfect for book or magazine launch readings, performance and slam events, celebrations, and tributes.

The cost for a seventy-five-minute time slot on the bookfair stage is $600. To purchase a date and time slot for one of the bookfair stages, please complete the bookfair stage event submission form. The deadline to purchase a bookfair stage event is November 22, 2024.

The reservation includes the use of three microphones and a sound system, along with a listing of your event on AWP’s website and in the conference program. Stage reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: Bookfair stage events are part of the conference schedule and will be reviewed during the scheduling process to avoid participant overlap. All bookfair stage events will be assigned a date and time slot at AWP’s discretion, and all date and time assignments are final.
